Flexible Cancellation

Flexiable cancellation is to be purchased PER PARTICIPANT.

Flexible Cancellation can only be purchased when booking your experience.

This Flexible Cancellation allows changes you wish to make to your booking up to 7 days before your event.

Within the 7-day period before your experience, the Flexible Cancellation will only be eligible for a direct consequence of one or more of the circumstances set out below:

1. Death within the immediate family.
2. Breakdown on route to an event.
3. Serious illness of the participant or immediate family.

Relevant official documentation must be provided, i.e. death certificate, doctor’s note and official recovery documentation.

Once purchased, Flexible Cancellation is non-refundable and is only applicable to the participant taking part in the event.
