Where can I do my driving experience?

We provide 25 locations throughout the UK, offering a wide variety of driving experiences. These include supercar experiences, Junior driving sessions, and Little Learners programmes. Our services also cater to corporate events and group bookings, as well as exhilarating rage and rally adventures. Among our top tracks, we feature prestigious MSV circuits such as Brands Hatch, Snetterton, Dunsfold Aerodrome, Lydden Hill, Oulton Park, and Donington Park, along with our own home track, Prestwold Driving Centre.

Do I need a driving licence to take part in a driving experience?

For certain driving experiences, a valid driving license is not required. We offer Provisional License Experiences where individuals can drive supercars such as the Audi V10+, Lamborghini Gallardo, or Nissan GTR under the guidance of top instructors. For those without even a provisional license, we provide the option to participate in high-speed passenger rides in thrilling vehicles like the Ariel Atom and a range of BMWs. For Junior Driving Experiences, no provisional or other form of license is required. These sessions are conducted with experienced, qualified instructors to ensure that juniors get the most out of their experience.

What happens if I damage a vehicle?

If you cause damage to a vehicle beyond normal wear and tear, you are responsible for the first £5,000 of repair costs. However, you have the option to purchase a Vehicle Damage Waiver, which protects you from this liability. It is important to note that if the damage results from reckless, negligent, or deliberate actions, you will still be liable for the £5,000, even if you have the Vehicle Damage Waiver. This policy applies to all vehicles, including supercars such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin, as well as 4x4 adventures and more.

What happens if there is bad weather?

In general, weather conditions should not affect your driving experience. However, in instances of extreme weather, such as heavy snow, dense fog, or ice, the event may be postponed or rescheduled for safety reasons. If this occurs, you will be informed as early as possible. This policy applies to all experiences, from supercar driving in Ferrari, Lamborghini, or Aston Martin to 4x4 adventures and other driving events.

Can my friends and family come along to watch?

Spectators are welcome to join you during your driving experience. However, please be aware that pets are not allowed at any of our venues. Your friends and family can enjoy the thrill of track day excitement from designated viewing areas, where they can watch you drive high-performance vehicles such as Porsche, McLaren, and Aston Martin. On-site catering facilities are available, or if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments to enjoy while soaking in all the supercar excitement.

Can my friends and family spectating also take part?

Friends and family of participants are welcome to attend and watch the experience. Additionally, subject to availability, we offer pay and drive options on the day of your supercar driving experience.

Are there any restrictions?

Before attending the driving experience, please ensure participants meet the following requirements. Adults shorter than 148 cm (4 ft 10 in) or taller than 195 cm (approximately 6 ft 4 in), as well as those weighing more than 20 stone, may encounter difficulties with seating accommodations. For junior driving experiences, children must be aged 11 to 17 and at least 148 cm (4 ft 10 in) tall. A parent or guardian must accompany children and remain at the venue for the duration of the activity. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify that the participant meets these criteria both at the time of booking and on the day of the experience. Is it mandatory to wear a helmet during the driving experience?

Yes, helmets must be worn in all cars at our Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Snetterton, and Goodwood events. However, helmets are not necessary at our other venues unless you are driving or a passenger in the Ariel Atom, as it lacks a windscreen. Helmets will be provided on the day of your driving experience, ensuring your safety while enjoying high-performance vehicles such as Porsche, Nissan GTR, and Mercedes, or during 4x4 adventures.

Will I have the opportunity to drive the cars on my own?

Yes, however, you will always be accompanied by a professional instructor who is there to guide you through the process, ensuring you get the most enjoyment out of the car and the track. This approach enhances safety and maximises your experience while driving high-performance vehicles such as Ford, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin.

Will food and refreshments be available at the venue?

At Everyman Driving, we offer catering services through an external company at our tracks. However, you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments and soft drinks.

What will I need to bring to my supercar driving experience?

Please ensure you bring your gift voucher, along with either a printed or digital copy of your email confirmation, and your customer declaration form. If you cannot provide either form of confirmation, please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled drive so we can prepare a printed copy for you. Can i get in-car footage and photos of my experience?

Can we bring Dogs to our driving experience at Everyman?

For safety and hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted at our venues and tracks, with the exception of guide dogs.

What if I miss my event?

A "no-show" email will be sent to customers who missed their scheduled driving experience after the event date, as vouchers are only valid for the booked date. If you would still like to enjoy your experience, you can purchase a new one-year voucher at a 50% discount off the regular price. This offer is available for 30 days from the date of the "no-show" email, and any extras purchased with the original booking will be carried over. If you know in advance that you are unable to attend, you can transfer the booking to another driver for an administration fee

Once I book my driving experience can I make changes?

After booking your supercar driving experience, you can make changes within the first 24 hours at no extra cost. After this 24-hour period, any modifications to your booking will incur a fee.

Can you do a Driving Experience if you are Disabled?

These specially designed sessions cater to individuals who may encounter physical challenges that prevent them from driving on standard roads or operating a vehicle independently.

Can I extend a voucher

Our policy allows changes to your driving experience booking within the first 24 hours of confirmation at no additional cost. After the initial 24-hour period, a fee applies to any booking changes. Any vouchers purchased directly from us you will be able t extend or exchange your voucher however a fee will occur. All third party vouchers must be extended with the company that are booking with.

What is a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?

At Everyman Driving Experiences, we take participants' health and safety very seriously. Our circuits and experience formats are specifically designed to minimise risks and ensure a safe environment for driving. Under normal conditions, the risk of vehicle damage is very low.

However, all motorsport activities carry some inherent risk. We ask participants to acknowledge these risks and to prioritize their safety by adhering to our guidelines and following instructor directions.

If damage occurs to a vehicle due to a participant’s driving, they accept responsibility for any excess costs required for repairs.

There is an optional damage liability reduction available for most experiences, this can be prepaid via our website when booking or paid on the day of the event before the participant begins their session. This amends the liability to pay for accidental damage caused to vehicles during an experience, so long as the health & safety guidelines and instructor guidance has been followed.

What is the difference between a Track Day and a Driving Experience?

A Track Day is an event where you can bring your own vehicle to a circuit, such as the renowned Brands Hatch, for a driving session. This experience allows you to explore the track and immerse yourself in a unique style of driving, all while enjoying the comfort of your own car. Many participants choose track days to enhance their driving skills, as they can work with qualified instructors who analyse their driving and offer feedback, ensuring skill improvement and safety at all times. Whether you are a beginner looking to get a feel for driving on a track or an expert aiming to refine your skills, track days provide an ideal environment to learn and grow.

In contrast, a driving experience is similar but provides the car for you. With an instructor in the passenger seat, you will receive tailored guidance and tips as you drive. We offer an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from, including supercars, movie cars, Ariel Atoms, and classic cars, making it a unique opportunity to experience rare and high-performance models. Will I receive confirmation of my booking? What will I receive?

Booking confirmations at Everyman Driving are sent automatically once your driving experience is booked and confirmed. Can I use my International driving licence?

You can use your International Driving License to drive our automatic and manual vehicles. Please make sure to bring your driving license on the day of your experience, as you may not be able to participate without it.

Can i use my Automatic Driving Licence?

If you hold an automatic driving license, you are welcome to drive our automatic supercars. However, there are a few cars that require a manual license and will not be available for automatic drivers. These vehicles include the Ariel Atom, Nissan Skyline R34, Rally Cars, Eleanor, Shelby Cobra and GT40. That said, automatic license holders still have the opportunity to experience the excitement of these cars through high-speed ride-alongs, where a skilled driver will take you for an unforgettable ride on our tracks.

Do your junior experiences use manual or automatic gear shift?

Everyman’s Junior Driving Experiences allow young drivers to get behind the wheel of our automatic cars exclusively.

How many other drivers will there be at my experience?

The number of drivers on track can range between 50 and 200, depending on the specific track and availability on the day of the event. We always ensure that there is a safe and manageable number of drivers, so you won’t be on track with more drivers than allocated for that session. Your safety and experience are our top priority!

How long will I be at the venue for?

The duration of your stay will depend on the specific experience you’ve booked and any additional options you've chosen. For instance, high-speed passenger rides or media packages may extend your time with us. Many guests enjoy making a day of their experience by watching others drive our Supercars, and you are more than welcome to stay and observe other experiences.

Additionally, subject to availability, we offer “pay and drive” options on the day, allowing customers to pay for the chance to drive another car if available.

What happens on the day of my driving experience?

On the day of your experience, you will begin by signing in and receiving information about your schedule. Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to your allocated experience. You will start at the sign-in area, where you will meet the team.

Do I have to drive quickly?

You are not required to drive at high speeds. Our driving experiences are designed to let you fully appreciate the feel of the car while enjoying the unique opportunity to drive it on our tracks. Our experienced instructors prioritise safety and will set speed limits if necessary to protect both you and others on the track.

How fast can I go?

What are the office opening hours?

Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

How do Junior driving experiences work?

Junior Driving Experiences provide children aged 12 and older with essential driving knowledge in a safe, controlled environment. Since driving on public roads can be intimidating for first-timers, practicing on a racetrack allows young drivers to build confidence before starting formal driving lessons. Many parents choose to book junior experiences so their child can enjoy our cars under the guidance of experienced, qualified instructors.

How do i redeem my gift voucher?

To book your experience, please call the telephone number located at the bottom of your gift voucher and have your reference number ready. We recommend booking 8 to 12 weeks in advance. During the call, you will be informed of all available dates, times, and venues. If you possess an Open gift voucher, a member of our Customer Sales Team can assist you in selecting your gift experience. Alternatively, you can explore our newly launched website at www.everymanracing.co.uk to choose your experience before calling to book.

Please note that once you have booked your date, changes or rearrangements are not permitted. Therefore, it is crucial to double-check dates before confirming with us. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation via email or post, which will include directions to the venue. Remember to bring your confirmation and gift voucher on the day of your event, as you cannot attend without them. Please keep these documents in a safe place.

On the day of your event, both parts of your driving licence must be presented. If your driving licence does not include a photo, you will need to bring your passport as photo identification. A copy of our Terms and Conditions, which you and the purchaser are now bound by, is available on our website or can be requested from our Head Office. We advise the recipient to review these terms before booking and attending their event.
