This is to be purchased PER CAR. (i.e 1 car is 1 CDW, 2 cars 2 CDW etc).
At Everyman Racing, customers are not required to have motor insurance to drive our cars because they are on a private circuit. As the cars are therefore not insured for accidental damage, should a customer cause damage to our car/s that is their fault, they will be liable to pay for the first £5,000 of the damage caused. To avoid this, we offer the option to pay for an accidental damage waiver (CDW) when making the booking. This is an extra cost per participant (there is a small surcharge for premium tracks which you will be advised of when making your booking).
All our experiences involve some element of risk and danger, and our standard public liability insurance covers every customer. You may wish to take out additional cover over and above that which is provided.
Accordingly, you are advised to consider insurance cover for personal accidents, loss of limb and even death or indemnity cover for damage caused to any vehicles during your event before embarking on your experience. Everyman Motor Racing is not responsible for any risks not specifically covered by its own insurance, and on arrival at your venue for an Everyman Motor Racing experience, you will be asked to sign a driver’s indemnity. Without signing this indemnity, you will not be able to take part.
It is advised that participants purchase a waiver indemnity (CDW) that will be offered when they make the booking. This is at extra cost (per participant) (there is a small surcharge for premium tracks which you will be advised about when making your booking). The statement reads “Everyman Motor Racing has agreed that should there be any damage whatsoever to any of the vehicles I drive today, I will not have to pay the first £5,000 of damage as previously stated on the signing-in sheet for my experience. The damage waiver is void if I am found to be driving negligently/dangerously. I confirm that I am not suffering from any illness or disability, whether permanent or temporary, which will affect my control of the vehicles being driven or instruction being taken. I confirm I hold a valid UK/International driving licence, or I am under 18 years of age with parental/guardian consent”.
Please note: we have a no-spin rule. If you spin or damage a vehicle, your experience will be terminated, and all further drives will be forfeited with immediate effect.
